Yesterday, from around 3-6pm, I listened to Short Static and Palm Trees and Power Lines* while doing my Classkick work and my 60 minutes of Lexia. I had already listened to a majority of the songs on Short Static, i.e.: Bouncing Off The Walls and Pretty Girl--but it was nice listening to the album nonetheless :)
At around 6-8pm, I focused on customizing my journal style, so it'd look more visually appealing. My old journal theme was Pink Panther - Sarken, but now it's a heavily edited version of Elegant Brown - renoir.
I also switched my pfp to a silver-colored cat painted by one of my favorite artists, Louis Wain (, the former pfp was of a yellow hamster I had drawn in jspaint.)

Today I woke up at 5:04am, made my bed, and picked out my clothes for the day (a pink, Hello Kitty sweater) at 5:09am, and left the bathroom at 5:45am. I didn't have too much to work on today besides a quiz in my English class. Anyways, I talked to my sister about my Dreamwidth account, but she didn't seem too interested. She was making Buldak noodles in the kitchen while I played She's the Blade - Sugarcult--A.K.A., my favorite song off the record :DD(I couldn't stop humming it when I was outside earlier*.)

My sister also said that if I ate one of her Buldak noodles, she would play Ecos: la brea with me, which I did--even though I don't even like spicy food (I would say I hate it but hate's a strong word.) She said she'd play it with me once she got done with her class connects... which turned into her listening to her music... which is probably going to turn into her having to travel to Canada before she can play with me.

Earlier today, I brought up the idea of my mom letting me ride my bike to our town's park. She didn't favor this idea and asked me if I wanted to become a crackhead when I grow up... siiiggghh. My memory's kind of ass so I don't remember if it was her or my sister that told my dad about me riding my bike to the park (my mom told my sister that I wanted to be a crackhead, so she came and asked me what my mom mean't, and I had to explain the bike idea), I think it was my sister that told him though... anyway, he told one of the two that I could ride my bike to hell and that he'd throw it onto the street.
I don't know why he despises bikes so much, or just me cycling in general. Maybe cycling killed his grandma or something, idfk.

While I was looking around my room while my sister talked to me, I noticed this old-ass mason jar that I had placed on my windowsill. It looked pretty tacky, so I decided to move it to the back of our house. While I was out there, I ended up going into my backyard to ride my bicycle for whatever reason. I rode around in circles for a good couple of minutes before I put the little black thing down and started walking around my backyard. I kinda just drifted around, not exactly reminiscing, but just looking around in a melancholy way.
After a while, I picked up this soggy tennis racket I had gotten from Goodwill, off my late dog's doghouse, and started tossing these empty nut shells into the air and hitting them with my racket--hitting my house's fence, then my house's walls... and then my house's weird bunker-thingy (the women who owned the house before us got it built.)

Then I got the idea to spook my sister by hitting her wall with the shells, so I slowly creeped up on her side of the house and hit her wall with one. Then two. Then three... and she finally responded once I had yelled her name from behind her window. She told me she was in a class connect, but then showed me a game she was playing on her phone??? huhh??? Anyways, I knew this was her 9am class connect, so I guess it was a bit nice to be able to slightly tell the time.
After that I ran away and only came back to show off this rake I had found.

And then I started riding my bike around in a circle while humming She's the Blade. Over, and over, and over again. After ~3 minutes, I got off my bike to start inspecting it because I was, obviously, bored. Turns out it identifies as a "24 Girl La Jolla Cruiser. My grandfather gave this bike to me after teaching me how to ride one last year (yes, I know how pathetic that sounds, shut up.) I'm gonna start calling it ''Collins'', because Collins sounds like cobalt (my favorite flavor of icecream), and also Collins is the last name of the lead singer from Chronic Future, Ben Collins.

Anyways, I know this entry was extremely, outrageously long... oops. But it's only 11am, so be upset if this gets even longer ;D

Haaaaaay, 8pm Zainah here and I am not proud of that...
Today I overlooked my math module for today and ended up finishing my IXL last minute, and I also finished my english Classkick.
Anyways, Palm Trees and Power Lines is a top tier album imo. And even though I adore every song on the record, She's the Blade and Counting Stars take the cake for me :) And on the topic of Sugarcult, I managed to upload my mp4 of ''Back to the Disaster'' onto archive.org!! It took like 3-4 hours, mostly because I kept leaving my laptop alone and it'd turn off.
Btw, I in no way intend to post daily entries. This journal was made for me, myself, and I--no one else. So, I might post an entire paragraph one day, and the next, 2-3 sentences; it all just depends on how I feel.
